Welp, my dreams came true Y’all!

I’ve been wanting to have my family photo’s done at this location FOREVER, but it just hadn’t worked out until this year!

I really wanted earthy tones for our photo’s, and I think picking neutrals for the fam, and my gold dress, really nailed what I was going for, and I LOVE THESE!

It was so hard to pick my favorites, and to not over-share. But I think I narrowed it down!

Now wish me luck as I pick the one’s that will be printed for the walls in our home!

When my client’s book a session with me, I hope they know that I get it. I’m in the same phase of life as them. Getting three kids (and a husband) to a photo shoot, on time, outfits coordinated, and in a good mood IS A TASK. But it’s ALWAYS worth it in the end!

Were my kids well behaved?

No way.

They ran around. They wouldn’t smile. When one would stand still, the other wouldn’t. The baby had wild hair from the carseat, he had drool on his onesie, and my hubby hates getting photo’s done (big surprise there, amiright?!).

But you know what?

Capturing life while your babies are small is so important.

It just goes by so darn fast, and I want to remember their little details.

How long Leighton’s hair is. How sassy she is. How she kicks out her foot when she dances over and gives me a kiss ( on her terms only ).

How sweet Beckham is, putting his little forehead on mine, whispering “I love you mama”.

Little Callahan’s feet. Out in the breeze. And his sweet crazy hair.

The way Micah looks at them. The way he looks at me. The way he makes me feel beautiful, even when I’m only a month and a half post partum.

These memories matter.

And I’m so thankful to have them captured for me to look back on when my babies are grown, and they don’t need me to kiss their booboo’s any more, or read them bedtime stories, and tuck them in goodnight.

Right now?

It might be a little crazy. But, It’s the sweetest season.
