We celebrated Kendra+ Ryan’s Engagement Session at the beautiful Scorpion Gulch Ruins in the Phoenix, Arizona Desert!

Their Engagement session was filled with touches of romance, soft pinks, lace, and champagne toasts…

Kendra looked absolutely stunning in her blush pink, lace gown. Ryan rocked his suit, giving their photo’s a classic feel. Pops of fresh florals in Kendra’s bouquet really tied the whole look together!

Kendra and Ryan met on a blind date set up by a mutual friend. Kendra said he was the first guy to ever actually call her on the phone, rather than texting for a date! Old fashion chivalry is still alive, y’all!

 When I asked Kendra their engagement story she told me that they got engaged at home after Ryan planned a very romantic date night for them. He played Garth Brooks on their vinyl player and they danced in the kitchen! When they went outside to admire the sunset, all of a sudden the temperature dropped and he said it just “felt right”. He had gone and asked Kendra’s Dad’s permission earlier that day and decided that was the day!

Kendra and Ryan dated long distance for the beginning of their relationship. Kendra moved down to Yuma, to be closer to Ryan- and they recently purchased a new home here in Phoenix, where Ryan proposed to her, to start their lives together.

They have plans to marry this Spring, and I can not even wait to celebrate with them! Their engagement session was full of joy, laughter, lots of sweet moments and personal touches. Their Champagne toast was the same champagne they drank when they got engaged! I just know their Wedding day is going to be absolutely amazing and filled with SO MUCH LOVE.
