Fall in the Forest: An intimate Flagstaff Wedding

Amanda and Tyler said their vows as the vivid green colors of summer transition into a breathtaking palette of gold and amber, the captivating allure of Flagstaff, Arizona, comes alive in the Fall. This season of change and transformation sets the perfect stage for a love story. Amidst the yellowing aspen trees, we find the setting for their intimate and enchanting wedding. The rustling leaves and crisp mountain air provide a picturesque backdrop, one that whispers of romance and new beginnings. Joined by their closest family and friends, the magic of an intimate Fall wedding among the yellowing aspen trees in Flagstaff unfolded.

Amanda and Tyler fell in love, combining their beautiful children into a loving family of six. Amanda adores Flagstaff Arizona, so it is no surprise that they found a beautiful and intimate little corner of the forest to say I do! The fall leaves of the aspen tree’s changed just in time for their Friday the 13th Wedding day. October + Spooky season is their favorite.

One of Amanda’s dearest friends officiated their ceremony. Her family set up the arch and decor for them as they made their way to the ceremony location. The girls, adorably dressed in long forest green dresses, and their son in coordinating bowtie and suspenders as the ring bearer. Tyler turned around to see his beautiful bride walking through the forest, with her dad by her side, to meet him.

Their children looked on as mom + dad said their vows. Amanda sweetly was overcome with emotion, as she told Tyler how she felt about him. They wrote their own vows to one another, filled with deep meaning, and inside jokes that made them laugh, and cry.

As the ceremony came to an end, the guests went for cocktail hour at the historic Weatherford Hotel in Downtown Flagstaff. Amanda and Tyler stayed in the Aspens to spend some time alone together, and capture some really beautiful portraits of the two of them!

Arriving later to their reception at the Weatherford, they were greeted by many more family and friends with cheers of congratulations! The space was appropriately decorated for spooky season, which perfectly fit the Friday the 13th vibe!

They ordered some drinks, and made their way around the space to say hello to all of their guests! What a beautiful way to be sure to spend time with each person that attended. Dinner was served and guests ate, and mingled and laughed together.

The kids helped mom + dad cut their cake, AND had a cake of their very own! They really tore into it, and had so much fun eating it together!

As the sun began to set, their Best Man, and Matron of Honor toasted to them in an intimate setting, out overlooking downtown Flagstaff and the mountain-scape behind.

Their day was filled with stunning views, intentional moments, and the people they love most.
