Leila + Alex | Peoria Maternity Session

Meeting this sweet family on a gorgeous Sunday evening was the best start to my week! Leila arrived to her maternity session with her soft blue dress on, so of course I had to ask – and the answer is Yes, it’s a boy!

Sweet big sister, with her pretty little butterfly dress is going to be such a helper! She was so spunky and fun during their session. She was great at keeping her little brother entertained, and creating competitions to keep them busy! Roll down the grass hill, check. Race to the tree’s, check. Find the best rocks, check!

Speaking of little bro- he was total boy. No fear, so cute for the camera & oh so giggly!

Leila was glowing and gorgeous, as you can totally see below. She had such a calm spirit the whole session. Some of my favorite images from their sessions were out takes, of her just mothering. Tucking the hair behind her daughters ear, holding her son’s hand. It’s so fun capturing family’s during a special time like this & seeing them just be.
