But seriously. This mama was glowing! We braved a desert Monsoon, and it was well worth it! We got some overcast skies & a cool breeze.  PLUS we found this gorgeous location with it’s tall grassy field and pretty wildflowers!

As Desert Dwellers, finding scenes like this are few and far between! & In the middle of summer, getting a break in the weather is always a blessing!

Big sister Lydia is her mama’s mini + the most beautiful little girl!

With baby girl #2 on the way, this daddy is about to be surrounded by gorgeous ladies!

One of my favorite parts about photographing a mama with her first baby, is that it’s often the last photo’s taken of just her and her firstborn. This time in life is just so special. As a mama, you aren’t sure you’re ready to love another baby as much as you do your first. Then you meet your new baby, and your heart expands like you never knew possible. Suddenly you can’t imagine life without your babies. Seeing their relationship blossom is one of life’s greatest gifts!

I can’t wait to hear of baby girl’s arrival, and how much big sister is loving her!
