It’s something really special when I get to photograph beautiful families, that I have watched grow!

I once worked as a Pediatric Nurse at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where I met Kara.

When I first met her, she was a hustling single mama to the two beautiful girls below, working her way from a nursing assistant to a registered nurse. She is a true warrior mama, and never ceased to amaze those of us working with her. We were all so thrilled when she met David, she would gush about him, and we knew they were meant to be together. He is a true gentleman, makes her laugh, and is such a loving father to their three kids. My heart is just so darn happy for this family! Is there anything better than good things happening to good people?!

The Emerick family braved the Summer heat with me, to capture some updated family photo’s before the kiddo’s start school!

They were full of giggles, silly faces, and such good sports in the summer heat. I absolutely loved their outfit choices, and how well they coordinated! Hudson, the baby of the family, gave us the cutest smiles, while big sisters Gabby and Bella made him laugh, teased each other, and twirled for the camera.
