Downtown Phoenix Engagement Session | Kaelyn and Tanner

Downtown Phoenix, Swanky Vibes, Spring Air, and a Love Story; Kaelyn and Tanner’s Engagement session was all that, and more!

Kaelyn and Tanner are soon to be married, planning a beautiful Summer Wedding in Flagstaff, Arizona. I already know Kaelyn is going to be the most beautiful bride; I am a little biased, though, as I have watched her grow up right before my eyes!

Kaelyn is my beautiful little cousin, and was my first ever Photography subject. Back in my high school film + dark room days; I used to photograph her, then, a toddler, for my assignments. She was always a darling little model for me. Fast forward to learning how to use my digital camera as an adult. She agreed to let me photograph her as she was graduating from 8th grade. Bless her, because I had no idea what I was doing, then! I then got to photograph her high school senior portraits, but this time, I knew how to use my camera ;). What an honor to now photograph her and Tanner as they celebrate their Engagement!

I couldn’t think of a better match for Kaelyn, than Tanner! They are both so calm, happy, and levelheaded! I love their sweet love for one another, their faith, and hearing the plans they are making for their future, together! A steadfast love, that I personally cannot wait to watch grow and flourish as their seasons of life change. Blessed are we, who get to surround these two with love as they get married!

For their celebration of their Engagement Photo’s, they wanted a fun, Downtown vibe! They dressed to impress, and we had so much fun! Kaelyn looked absolutely stunning in her romantic and flirty dress! And those heels! So cute! Tanner was sporting a classic look, in his navy suit; pairing so well with Kaelyns light and neutral look!

We walked the streets of Downtown and explored the beautiful buildings, filled with so much history. Sometimes, living in the desert, we forget the beauty that is in the architecture of the buildings downtown, and the story behind them! It was fun to just stroll the streets and capture their love!

Goodness, we are SO excited for you both, and cannot wait to celebrate you two at your Summer Wedding! We love that Tanner is becoming part of the family, and I just know that Tanner’s family must feel the same way about embracing Kaelyn into the family, too!
