Can you just feel the love and joy Rachel+Mitch have for each other? Their Lake Side Engagement session, in Peoria, Arizona, was filled with their adorable love, and stunning views.

They say rain on your Wedding day is good luck, right? Well, now I think that crosses over to Engagement sessions, too!

Leading up to their session time, we had our usual monsoon unpredictability here in Arizona. We had sunny skies, fluffy clouds, that then turned into a dust storm, and finally- rain. Lucky for us, it all ended right as their session started! Leaving us a wide open lake, all to ourselves 😉

Truthfully, the lake could have been slam packed per usual, and it still would have felt like these two were the only one’s in the world. They soaked in the scenery and gorgeous views, but mostly, they snuggled and giggled and just LOVED EACH OTHER. The way Mitch looked at Rachel, as I took some solo photo’s of her was so cute. He was behind me in awe, telling her how beautiful she is. Rachel’s smile is absolutely radiant- and makes everyone else smile around her, too. She got compliments on her outfits from people passing by, and they got well wishes and congratulations, too! The whole town is rooting for you two, even the one’s who have never met you; they could just feel your head-over-heels love for each other.

I couldn’t agree more with them- I am SO excited for you two, and can’t wait to watch your love story grow! From meeting out on the town in Scottsdale, to a surprise party proposal where his parents even flew in from Illinois. Both sets of parents and family got to watch him propose while looking through the window. Then surprising her that the party they were attending at her parents house, was actually an Engagement celebration party for THEM. How cute is that!? And now, a lakeside engagement session full of love; to planning your soon to be future, as your families become one. This part of life as you two plan together, and your family surrounds you with love and excitement, is just so much fun!

Mitch and Rachel are planning a Fall Wedding, here in Arizona, in 2023! I won’t ruin any secrets here, but the colors and Wedding plans so far are already so gorgeous! I cannot wait to celebrate their love with their family and friends by their sides, supporting them as they enter a new chapter of life together as Mr.+Mrs.!
