Winter in the Desert of Phoenix Arizona is truly one of the most beautiful times of the year to have a Maternity session.

The warm desert glow, the large saguaros, and the “greenery” in the desert is so beautiful. From the rainfall we get in the Fall and Early Winter, we tend to get a few weeks of lush desert. Which then turns into some spring Wildflowers, if we are lucky!

The bonus to having your Maternity session in the late Winter, or Early spring- is that it’s literally *perfect* weather. Not too hot, but also not super cold…well “cold” for Arizonans anyway.

Estefany’s Maternity Session was in early February and it was an absolutely gorgeous day out! The warm sun wrapped her in a beautiful glow of light, accentuating her natural pregnancy glow!

She wore a red gown with tulle, that showed the light streaming in all around her. During the photo’s of her by herself, her husband looked on and took in all the beauty of her.

I absolutely adore being part of these precious moments. The way you lightly touch your growing bump, knowing your sweet baby is safe inside. The excitement and nervousness of expecting a baby- a new season of life that will be filled with both blessings, and growth. What an honor to turn these moments into forever memories for families.

This sweet baby that makes the bump is due soon, and they are expecting their first; a baby girl! I am beyond excited for them to embark on their parenting journey together! I can already imagine how she is going to have them in a puddle of love when the meet her, and hold her in their arms!
