Welcome Baby Laine | Lifestyle Newborn Session

Anna and James welcomed their first baby, sweet little girl, Laine Taylor to the world in mid December!  What a wonderful gift to celebrate their Christmas at home, with their newborn baby in their arms!

Laine is SO loved by her mom and dad, they sweetly gushed over how cute she is, and what a happy baby she has been. For the time I was there with them, Laine was happy, content, and inquisitive! She is also dearly loved by her kitty fur siblings, mom+dad’s first babies that welcomed me to their home and came to visit us during the session as we moved around their home.

I loved the darling details in her nursery; her custom made name sign and a sweet ultrasound picture hanging with the words “you make me happy when skies are grey”. Her nursery was a soft green with touches of pink throughout. I love that they decided to wait until the birth to find out the gender of baby Laine!

When we moved to the Master bedroom, we took photo’s on a special quilt they had been gifted…The sentimental pieces of family stories are what I love most about photographing in client’s homes! These precious memories that are unique to you that I get to learn about and photograph for you to have as a keepsake, forever!
